Nothing demonstrates an idea so well and so accurately, as a three-dimensional model and we can help you realise your ideas through the means of real components. It will be very easy for you to assess the function, form, design and accurate fitting, by using different methods.

You can make your 3D data available to us, or you may order a complete package including 3D-CAD-development, cast part construction and cast part design based on your  specifications and functional requirements.

We will produce prototypes promptly from:

• Thermoplastic ABS (physical size 200 x 200 x 300 mm)
• Aluminium-pigs in sand casting process, including NC finishing
• Aluminium block material in milling process
• Aluminium in investment casting, including NC finishing
